We tried to sell our house in Mahopac, with the intentions of purchasing a house in Pavony's territory. However, Houlihan-Lawrence neglected to show a photo of our house with our listing. As a result, no one bought our house. Had we sold it, we likely would have bought a house shown by Pavony. As a result, she lost out on her 2% commission. She said that she hates my entire family and that we're "weird." Seems to me her firm is the weird one by botching the job.
