Charged my CC $16.99 twice for services I never purchased

Declaring that I registered due to their providers after I applied my CC for another thing, TLG Consumer billed me $16.99 twice in the last 15 times. I named them-and they explained that I had a need to deliver them a fax seeking termination and credit for that costs, that we did. I also provide submitted a challenge with my Charge Card business informing them that I don't identify this vendor or these costs. Evidently, I'm not the very first customer to operate into this with TLG Consumer or whatsoever additional titles they use. I'm waiting to determine when the costs will soon be corrected by TLG.
