2003 chichocki files bogus policereport and signs under oath. Did not provide time of said incedent or date. Defendent was indictet. 1 year later chichocki wont show her face for crossexamination in court, case dismissed. She tried to get 5000 dollars for a friend.
2003 chichocki, sherry, arabian horse backyard breeder files frivolos lawsuit in small claims / wants 5000 dollars again for alleged defendents stallion alleg. Breeding of her mare, defendent didnt show in court and she won judgement but never collected.
