I saw this posting and thought: What ashame for this to have occurred! This situationsounds like the kind of misunderstanding between a lawyer and client that could have been resolvedwith one phone callby the lawyer, preventing this fall-out in the first place. To have someone continue to suffer needlessly is justplain unacceptable. There is no other word for it. This person should be met with more understanding, compassion and consideration, especially by an attorney who is an expert in the field, who deals with these kinds of injuries on a daily basis, and who bills himself as a "Champion of the People."
