The manager of the sotre would not let my son use the restroom

Our 12-year old boy requested to make use of the remainder space in the shop. The supervisor informed him the toilet door was secured. Upon checkout my boy still hadnot had the opportunity to make use of the bathroom. I requested the supervisor why and he or she stated that she'd to moniter the money. But there is another worker within the shop. Therefore looking back the supervisor selected to not allow my boy make use of the bathroom. I'm really upset about that event. I'm as though my boy and that I must receive the upmost admiration.
