NBM Conveyancers In Romford are not to be trusted. We purchased a property through them over 4 years ago and trusted them to handle the purchase of our house and file all the documents with the right parties. We have recently found out that they have failed to file documents to the leasing agency with who our lease hold lies with. When confronting them about this, they answered us in a rude and aggresive manner.in fact they were like this when we were purchasing the house. Once they have your money they basically dont give a crap about you and will take their time in giving you service. Complete nightmare bandits to deal with on the phone as well, they rarely answered the phone and the call was always put through to the admin staff who said the partner woujld call back. Save yourself a complete headache and go with another firm because these guys are cowboys, the will do a bodge job on your house move.
