NO payment for appraisal report done for Washington Mutual/Chase ordered by this appraisal management company

We are a appraisal company located in Hawaii, we have made several attempts to get paid for a appraisal report completed done back on 08/19. Unable to contact anyone, only answering machine, but not able to leave message at (904) 288-2043 and (904)-425-1300 not allocated. Still waiting for Melissa to call me back (904) 288 ext #144. We received a email back in 12/23 stating that the check was process and mailed out today, but no check. We did 5 jobs for them in 2010 and this got paid. Unsure why I am getting the run around. They still call us to do work for them but we tell them pay us first before we do anymore work.
