FedEx is HORRIBLE, has inadequate customer support, you-can't realize them about the telephone (outsourcing service — surprise, surprise). I'll NEVER UTILIZE THEM again!!! I requested a bundle that needs a trademark. They skipped us TWICE — Friday and Friday (simply because they cannot slim down the shipping period any sooner than the usual 12-hour window). About the 2nd test (Friday) I named and requested them to put on in the FedEx Shop and so I might generate there and pick up the bundle myself... They said okay it'd be there on Sunday. On Sunday the bundle wasn't in the nearby shop plus they couldn't inform me WHERE it had been situated... Then overdue on Sunday I named the 1800FedEx # plus they explained the bundle wouldn't be sent to the neighborhood shop until NEXT WEDNESDAY!!! Completely inappropriate client experience!!! Never again...
