Automatic withdraws from my bank account causing account to be overdrawn with fees

My bank has been receiving auto withdrawls from this company, i have no idea who they are, i have never been able to contact them by phone to stop the hits to my account. I am forced to close my account i am not able to continue paying the overdraft fees.
