Won't answer calls or e-mail and rude when you do reach a live person

I attempted for just two months to achieve the corporation. Remaining numerous communications - they claim "somebody may return your phone briefly". They never do. They never reply the calls except using the registered demand to depart a note. I finall got a genuine live person today - informed them I thought perhaps these were out-of company because no body actually replies the telephone or calls people back and also the individual on the finish hung-up on me. The corporation deserves to become from company. Should you worry about customer support - don't purchase something fromt the corporation. There are many different merchants available that bring equal item.
