I contract their services to ship my belongings from Los Angeles to Brazil. As I was told, this should take up to 4 months. However, its been 8 months now and I havent got it.

I calledRosana Clarkseveral times but she doesnt answer the phone. I heard that my container was the last one that the company was sending because it was going bankrupt. I talked many times with the dispatcher but I wasnt able to get any reliable information from him. After this Rosana replied my email very rudly.

I`ll do my best to take this case everywhere. Ill get a lawyer and Ill contact the Embassy, after all, its an American company.
