I am absolutely disgusted with Bonitas's 'service'

I'm completely disgusted with Bonitasis 'support'. It is a common opinion between the people I understand. I submnitted a state on 10 February to get a discussion I'd that same-day. I passed it directly into among Bonitas's state containers. 4 payment runs have handed & I've obtained no acknowldgement of the state, not to mention cost. On 1 March I delivered a for their statements email address & their support center mail. I also connected a duplicate of the initial state. All my emails are recognized by a faceless, cold pc-produced auto-reaction. And that is all I noticed until present day bill of the study demand to price their service-based on my question posted 1 March & FIXED 4 March! While & where was it actually fixed? I've seen NOTHING from their store, and it is been 2 weeks since I have posted my state the first time, & per week since I have posted it a second time. This isn't the very first time I've encounter this with Bonitas. You had believe they'd be eager to supply the very best support possible to allay their customers' worries concerning the unstable potential of the organization, & to keep their account. The audacity ot demand a score on the support if you find definitely none, astounds me!
