Cancellation of Orde

On January 8, I sent in an order for 5 National Park bills sets of two each, or a total of 10 bills. The total of the order was $50.00. When I was filling out the order, it did not show the shipping charges, but the confirmation e-mail showed that on a $50.00 order the mailing and handling charges $59.50. Since the order dateof January 8th, I have tried to cancel this order through phone calls and e-mails to no avail. At first I was told that the order was not downloaded and until it was, they could not cancel. I have check every day since then on the web site www.myorderlist.com and the order is not there.in the last two days, I have not even been allowed to sign in for some reason and the people on the phone are of absolutely no help. I will never order from these people again. That's for sure.
