Following is the letter tthat was written and delivered to the address listed above. There was no responce. Dear Mr. Hall After reviewing our contract for discount coupons, and trying exhaustively to reach you on the phone. It is clear that you dont have any intentions of trying to make good on the $300.00 dollars that I gave to you. This letter is to see if you have any sense of ethics, honor, or fairness. Here is the compromise. I am asking that you print the cards, which I okd and send them to me. I would expect to pay a reasonable set-up charge $75.00. I did supply you with artwork for our logo and layout so this amount should be very generous. This amount is what my current business card supplier would charge for a complete design. UPS shipping from Heber City to Ogden for the cards should not exceed $20.00. So $205.00 should net me approx 8000 cards printed on both sides and on 100# premium paper. I can get this done any time anywhere. I am not asking you for your list of companies that you value so highly. Oh and by the way, I did contact 2 of the companies on your list and they not only dont know who you are but have no contract with you as you had indicated in our conversation. Further, I am confident that you have been deceitful in your portrayal of your relationship with any of the companies on your list.

I am a reasonable person. If I have missed something in this quote just call me and explain or simply print the cards and send them.

P.S. Why do you make yourself so hard to reach? If your company were successful wouldnt it be wise to be accessible? Or maybe you cheata lot of people and this is your defense. Hope I am wrong.
