DO NOT do business with ED & SCOTT CHAPMAN at Community Magazine LLC. They currently owe a debt that is over $100,000.00 and have no desire to pay off any of it. The times we have been able to get in contact with him about it, he just blows us off and threatens bankruptcy, yet just bought a new house and truck. Now all he is doing is running away and not returning our phone calls.
