Accepted payment for services ($12,000) without delivering services

I first became acquainted with Mike Watson Investing in Feburaryof 2009 through my local real estate investing club, Chicago Creative Investors Association, when I took a short, 1-day seminar on real estate finance by Mike Watson. Shortly there after, March I signed a contract with Mike Watson Investing for his "Degree Camp" consisting of eight2-4 day training events to be held periodiocally in different locations throughout the country. This package wasbeing sold for $16,000 or $2500/session with a requirement that they must be completed within the two-year time frame from the purchase date or the payment was invalid.

I started attending the courses immediately and was able to complete three of the eight courses before Mike Watson Investing came under investigation and the series was no longer made available. The first of these $2500 seminars was a repeat of the$49 seminar through CCIA taken in February and the last ended up beingprimarly a platform for MikeWatson to say that he was not guilty of all the allegations coming to the fore and that he was innocent. Bottom line is that I am out most of the money "invested" with Mike Watson Investing. I am looking for a class action or some way to recover my loss.
