Stephen Hoffman, a partner of of the New York law firm of, Koster, Callan, Brady and Brennan is the subject of several complaints filed by several persons with the Attorney Disciplinary Committee and AttorneyGeneral's Office in New York. Impending lawsuites against him and his firm are also in the making because of Hoffman's irractic and unethical behavior. There are also concerns about the psychological fitness of this licensed NY attorney.

The unethical Stephen Hoffman is accused ofviolatiing a variety of professional attorney standards including but not limitted to: committing purjury, havingex partite communications with judges, harassment of opposing partiesand their counsel, prejudicing courts by knowingling providing misinformation in court cases in order to damage the opposite parties reputation, discrimination against minorities, conspiring with criminal elements, defamation, libel and slander of innocent parties.
