No delivering on promises

On February 9th I improved my mobile phone agreement and based on the Summertime Cellular advisor, the brand new devices could be sent to me in a maximum of 10 business days and somebody might contact me twenty four hours before shipping.

You know what it is day 10 and nothing was shipped. I named them was on-hold for 17 minutes before talking with Lolo who couldn't verify once the devices could be shipped.

All she might state is 'they' whoever they is informed them the devices could be shipped sometime this week.

I you ask me, this company stinks. Do not tell clients to anticipate anything if it CAn't be done of course if it CAn't be completed, contact them-and tell them.
