Said I could choose between a pap pup and a peke a pom and sold both out from under me

When I first found Country Girl Eskimos, they had placed a add on Puppyfinder for peke a pom mixed puppies. $100. LETTING them go at 5 weeks old. Born on Dec 1st. I placed a $100. Depoist on the pup and an extra $100. For delivery, actually thinking the pup would be coming home at 7,8 weeks old. As in WV and VA it's ilegal to place before then. Nope, second week of January, so I actually emailed her and asked her to bring the pap female pup $150.{the pap is 6 months old} mind you she had $200. From me already and I agreed to pay the rest of the pup. Fifty in cash. She sold it. After agreeing to sell it to me, instead of the peke mix. I feel after emailing her and trying to call her to check on the pap, and her finally agreeing to allow me to buy it she should have sold it to me. Or atleast respond.
