Company some how contacts your home phone company and takes over your billing while adding on extra's to their billing service, like IDL Telecommunications, INC. Plus Musicetc, LLC. They added a $14.95 charge for identify theft. $16 charge just to bill for you. Doesn't list how much the music download service will be. I don't understand how our phone company just accepted this without verifying any of it. Just let another company take over the billing process and add charges at will after a year later me telling them this and requesting to be switched back to paper billing so only a check from me or the bank was acceptable as payment.

I guess http://www.paymentone.com just thinks they can pick up a phone book and randomly start tracing these numbers to companies and contact them and say hey! We been authorized to take over the billing process for such and such person and they don't even bother to ask for proof. New scams on the rise. I'll filed a complaint with BBB. Thats how I got the Webe name from there phone number listed. Its probably wide spread and they are preying on seniors mostly. Hard telling how many or who they are targeting. Keep a close eye on your phone bills.
