Hipay.com Refusing to give me my money back

I subscribed to www.media-members.com and after trying for NUMEROUS times to download movies I eventually ended up asking for a refund because NOTHING I tried to download ever downloaded properly or at all or if it EVENTUALLY did download the files was unreadable. Then eventually they refunded me - via www.Hipay.com.
