Ripoff: Charged my Account, but did not send my UGGs!

I order Ugg boots for Uggcentre.com. They charges my account mid-December and sent a confirmation stating to boots would be shipped in 2-3 days. HJowever, I have not received the boots to date and probably won't receive them. When inquiring about them, via their email address, I received the following message: Dear Friend, How are you? I am sorry to tell you that this email account will be discarded for some reason. If you have any question. Please send you email to uggcentre@gmail.com Sorry for the trouble we have made.
