Horrible customer service

We experimented with plan a scheduled appointment with Roto Rooter plus they had no accessibility after 5 pm for all those people that function. I resolved to get a "sometime" each morning visit 24 hours later, where they'd contact me and that I'd have 30-min. To make it to the home.

Waited all day after which they named at 11:30 AM after I'd opened my whole day for them, and that I was not ready to create it, since is not 12:00 PM the morning? They decided to contact us within the morning so when they named at 3:00 PM, we were residence by 3:20 and handed the Roto Rooter vehicle departing our home! We honked and flagged him along after which when he got from the vehicle he was so rude that people requested him to depart! He mumbled something about "you were not there the very first time we called you". Am I not the client? Particularly in a poor economy I ought tonot feel just like I'm inconveniencing the plumber.

Also, whenever we named roto rooter to protest, the supervisor hung-up on-US!
