Centered on an ad present in my paperis discount box, I requested a set of slippers out of this firm's site on Nov. 27. It had been mentioned that shipping usually takes as much as four weeks, but that many clients obtained their purchases within 2-3 wks. Provided the reduced cost of them which I'd not discovered any others wherever the bottoms were padded with foam, I had been prepared to have patience.

After putting the purchase, I realized that I had been billed a $1.50 "control charge" along with the. 00 "handling fee." (Shipping was considered free.) This $1.50 charge wasn't proven or described about the purchase form about the magazine advertisement. I instantly published for their customer support department. Requesting this price be returned. They complied, explaining:

This absurd description seems like a formula for tearing off unsuspecting clients.

I then waited for my order to reach, looking to obtain it by Holiday in the newest. It didn't. After-Christmas I published for their customer support department. Revealing my discontent and requiring they utilize whichever means essential to deliver my order in my experience within 3 business days.

I later acquired a telling me the product was on backorder which I really could contact them to stop.
