Future Sales Employees Beware

It's my opinion that this company is all about the few fat cats at the top getting fatter from all the hard working grunts below them.

They boast of increased revenues but they give no Cost of Living base salary increases. They give no holiday bonuses. They do, however, give you a decelerated commission plan: the more business you bring them, the less percent of comission you make.

And they very quickly boot you out the door after any 60 day period where you haven't met a quota (an amount that is not being met by even 51% of individual employees on a consisten monthly basis).

Lightning speed revolving door? You bet! Few salaried sales people are there past 1 year.
