Quatloosia, Quatloos, Rider & Adkisson, Attorneys at Law fraudulentlly posing to be an UK Solicitor, posting of untrue and malicious statements on their website Quatloos without any right of redress

Jay and his partner, Chris Rider (who says that he is a UK Solicitor which is denied by the UK Solicitors Authority and which is a criminal offence in England), are behind the so-called Scam and Fraud site Quatloos which was recently relocated to a Google Blogsite. The nice thing about the relocation is that under US Freedom of Communication laws, these two criminals are now allowed to publish anything about anybody without any right of those defamed to have the offending publications removed without a court order, or to claim compensation against them. They have published lies about firms such as Barclays Bank, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, US Federal Reserve and have denigraded Governor Sarah Palin as a tax evader.

As getting a court order will be expensive and only require them to remove the publication and not make them liable in any way for its content, or damage caused by it, effectively these bandits are getting away scot free with defaming anyone they see fit.

Their blogsite Quatloosia / Quatloos, said that my firm was involved in supplying finance for Al Q and behind the Bernie M scandal. As a result, we lost customers and my house was firebombed. I am still awaiting a response to my complainst about the ethical conduct of these attorneys from thier bar associations where they are currently in excellent standing (apart from the UK, that is).

If you have a similar problem, I encourage you to write to complain about them to the bars of Texas, Oklahama, Georgia and California, where these criminals are being given a respectable front so they can be stripped of their cover. If that doesn't work, it would be worthwhile to get some private detectives to really dig up the dirt on these psychopaths to see how their evilness can be stopped by due process of law.
