Lauren Bergmann Promised but not delivered

I orignially signed my daughter up for some photo shoots with this company, but because of them being cancelled and rescheduled I had to tell the owner that my daughter could not attend and since she had offered to send out the outfits that she was supposed to wear I jumped at that. Since September I've emailed back and forth with this company each time being promised that my items were being mailed out and I have never recieved them. When I asked the last time where they were I just got told to pick something out and they would ship it asap. Where is the orignial order? Did it disappear? How is this company still in business, I've beenmade aware thatmany other peoplehave similar complaints... Buyer beware. Cotton Candy shop might mail out some of thier items... But not all..
