The company had a thanksgiving deal and promised that delivery would be in 7 days in the US. Gave a fake tracking number to the USPS. Extra charges showed up on the credit card that were not noted in the invoice. I repeatedly asked for money back and they kept delaying. After 20 days I gave them a 7 day deadline to return my funds and they gave more sob stories. I called my credit card company 7 days later and got the charges reversed.

My bank/credit card company said they are a known scammer and have received many complaints. They told me to cancel my card and get a new number issued because this scammer has a habit of charing the card they have on file even after the charges have been reversed the 1st time. Usually, the bank/credit card company will only reverse the charges once. I called the BBB and they knew about the company and referred me to the FTC, where I filed a complaint.

This company uses several other site names to do similar scams in Canada and other countries. I noted that Cheapuggbaileyboots.com is currently hosted at Foshan City Shunde District IDR Internet Project S. The IP 195.191.103.237 links to a server in, Europe. The company behind this all is Foshan City Shunde District IDR Internet Project S and is known for hosting these scams. I'd love to find a way to shut down the web site.
