Failure to repair my vehicle

On December 6 my vehicle was towed to be repair at elite towingI call everyday to check on the statis of the vehicle Finally on December 20th i was told my truck was finish Value cover gasket, exhaust gasket, upper intake gasket they were suppose to change the oil. I Paid $771.68 for labor and Parts. Now they said i need a water hose. I didnt want to spend another $180 dollars because they said everything was done. So i go to pick up the truck no oil change and the truck is not running. I ask about a warranty and the manger wrote no warranty because they didnt finishBut i paid for the parts and labor it should be a warranty if it leaks oil and plus the truck don't run. I told the manager i didnt see any warranty information on the contract I sign the contract December 8 and he wrote in zero months 0 mile on December 20th. Employees will not let me speak with the owner on the bussiness. I will not recomend no one take there vehicle ther for repair.
