Would not return my product

Requested Ugg shoes out of this "genuine" uggs store.com, obtained them from China? And were obviously not the right size I requested. I approached the web site many times, they eventually sent me back and explained they don't provide a return policy for all those shoes? They state all you've got to complete is contact them for return instructions on the site with these specific shoes they'll not provide results? Or exchanges. I'm not worried the shoes aren't authentic.
