Canceled all my orders after charging me without explaining why they did what they did

After reading they donate blahblah blah i decided to buy20-30 books from BetterWorldBooks.com, After a few hours they tell me this:

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I'm afraid we've had to cancel your order (#). We're very sorry for this inconvenience. A full refund has been issued and should be reflected on your account within several business days.

Now Folks i could understand them canceling one order or even twobut not all 20-30 orders of books. There is something strange going on. Why wouldtheytake my money and thenattempt to give it back. Ihavenotbeen refunded yet. They are on my top list of suspects.

Bottom line

Better World Books is anIrresponsible company and aPossible SCAM of the century on charity. It was absolutely a Scam on my time. And Thiscompany might be the next Bernard Madoff so stay far and staysafe.
