Rip off will not pay for phone

I have sold phones to cell for cash in the past and received payment within a couple of weeks. It was a pleasant experience. This time I sent my phone in in August and have yet to receive payment. I have had a number of e-mail correspondence and the "accounting department" is looking into this and I will hear back from them shortly. I have yet to receive payment.

I have also been in touch with the State's Attorney's office in my state as well as Florida. They were not surprised by my phone call and gave me several suggestions on how I could proceed, beginning with my local police department to file felony charges against him. My police department will then contact the local police department who will serve him whether it be at his place of business or his home address. Both which I have, thank goodness.

I will contact them first thing on Monday morning to file official charges. Seems a bit ridiculous to have to go to this extreme for the small amount of money. It has become a matter of principle now and Michael Mosieur and cellforcash.com must be stopped from stealing and scamming any other people.

At the end of the day, it is going to be a large expense and a lot of red tape for this company to muck through, but on the advice of attorneys and the State's Attorney's office, I will end up getting paid, It seems this is his MO. I guess negative publicity is as good as no publicity.
