F.J. Abel Promotions Posing nice gentleman took our money and never delivered product, nor refunded money

Jay Abel of Abel Promotions came to my office and wrote up an order for promotional coffee mugs for our aerospace company. The product never arrived and he said that there was a delivery truck accident and that they all broke and we'd have to start again or he'd give us our money back. I asked for our money back and no check arrived. I spoke to him (rarely answers his phone) and said "it's been a month, I want my money back". His response was it could take up to 6 months. That is pure nonsense. He doesn't seem to be concerned about being reported as I threatened to. I am pursuing him through the City of Huntington Beach for a business license (or lack of one) and noticed that he has different P.O. Boxes on Beach Blvd. He seems to be a professional scam artist with no conscience.

Stay clear of this guy - he had me fooled.
