Big Deal Fashion Low Priced UGG Boots a scam. Product ordered, never shipped. New Your, Long Beach

Saw this company (5th Street Outlet) advertised on Comcast.net home page as having Uggs boots on sale for Christmas. Place the order on Dec 3rd (12518), money was deducted from the account, and there has been no updates to the order since then. Company has since been removed from Comcast.net site, as well as now shows UGG boots being sold out. There has been no update as to backordered status, or shipping status. Have been emailing their customer service for the past three days.
