Purchased program in July to learn a particular process, it was shortly eliminated and changed, then changed again and again. Do not provide students with what is expected, training was (is?) inadequate to produce success.

To get what extra $2,000 cost offered, had to join another internal program for a monthly fee that offered basically nothing in training and soon changed several times as well. Not one success was reported between November and present. Of sixty potential cases originally stated, all fell by the wayside due to a process that didn't work as result of limited knowledge being taught inadequately and vaguely.

I have documentation to back up my complaints.
