Didn't deliver on time

I bought a refrigerator and range in November. First, they didnot provide it inside the three-hour window - they didnot actually provide it about the correct evening! They provided me a $100 credit for the difficulty, but have not recognized that however. After I named to ask about the credit, I spoke having a man called E.J. (the exact same man who handled the issues within the first-place) and he did not actually recall the issue, though it had just been fourteen days preceding! He explained he gets a lot of grievances and thus many vans break up he could not remember my shipping. And he is within the nearby shop! Do not store with HH Gregg if you like worry about your own time or your cash!!
