I did not found original Dress?

Plz i need a really help, i live in Houston Texas and i went to a retailer found on your website, but when i went i found the dress in verrrrrrrrry bad quality, i thought it is not the original one??? Beside the worker told me that she can fix anything in it if i want to remove or add anything she can change!!! How is that??? Is that means that she can let buy a fixed dress before???
