Send money no product. Also they said theysent a mass e-mail about refund on ll-25 but I did not get one

Taken care of pipes didn't get reimbursement or item. Additionally I've been e-mailing them. About the 7 of Dec I e mailed them again I simply obtained a solution back today. They stated they delivered a large email on the ll-25. That we didn't obtain. Imagine if I'd not e mailed them. Imagine if I don't get my money-back? I'm really upset using the entire package. Easily didn't obtain a mail just how many others didn't get one.
