Napoleon Sevillano is a con artist. He is a smart guy from El Salvador, he said he is an engineer (maybe that is a lie too).

He does HVAC work, Commercial Hood installation, restaurant equipment repair and anything he can get his hands on. He will promise to do all kinds of wonderful work for you, have you sign a contract, and ask for 50% upfront. If you are lucky he will order the cheapest equipment and do a half ass job to get to the point of a rough inspection.

At that time, he will get the other 30% to 40% of the payment as stated in the contract and you will never see him again. Because he is unlicensed, there is nothing you can do to get your money back. Most people he has ripped off had to pay twice as much money to get the mess cleaned up, the work repaired and the hood systems installed.

Buyers beware, if things are too cheap it is for a reason, usually not a good one.

Hire a company that is licensed it is worth it.
