Pulls illeagl loads, and wont pay

I worked for santaros for 4 months, in that 4 months they wanted me to pull illegal loads with no permits and i almost got fired for not doing it. The day i quit i noticed money missing out off my paychecks, when confronting the office all i got was "i don't have time for this". So long story short i quit, but didn't leave them stranded. I loaded up the truck and brought it to there yard to keep the peace. It is now 3 weeks later and santaros took it upon themselves to keep my last weeks paycheck of $950.00. To this day i get answers like"we mailed it out, we cant find it, " thank you for reading i hope someone can help me get whats rightfully mine
