I hired a UHaul Vehicle out of this area. After arranging a vehicle through their national site, and being provided an address to choose the vehicle up, I'd to go to 3 additional places before I had been ready to locate, or get help find the right area. I hired the vehicle at 6:30pm. I named the place the next trip to 6:45pm. I talked using the guy who examined the vehicle out in my experience.in those days I described used to donot realize that I had been likely to ensure it is by 7pm. He explained to not fear, so long as I've the vehicle there before 7AM, I'dnot be billed also. I received my statement and was billed also.

I called the place. The GM Susan Fuller responded the telephone. I described what had occurred which I Would been over-charged. She proceeded to describe that I had been attempting to make the most of the problem, which she'd no further time for you to keep in touch with me about that small issue. I inquired if there is anybody else that I really could keep in touch with, and he or she explained that she was the GM/operator, which there is no body else.

I'm searching for an apology for poor customer support, in addition to a reimbursement for that costs of overages of $49.11.
