I requested a sample flash light, weighing 4oz. From Hong Kong China. There was no charge from the manufactuer. If price was right, we would order 5000 units. The sample came in an envelope and FedEx charged me $69.06. What ever you do, please don't ship with these people. Got me once but never again!
