Allan Turner Scam Artist is Back

I was ripped off by Jim Ellis and Vending Dreams for $3,000 two years ago. I have been following this scam artist the last couple years as he continues to change his name and company to stay ahead of the law. He had been operating as Secure Placement and using the name Todd Parker the last couple years and working with Anthony Spinelli at VendStar to steal thousands of dollars from unsuspecting customers.
I have found out that VendStar changed their name to VendThree. I called them and a salesman named Howard called me back. He told me to call 877-355-0778 and ask for Allan Turner. I about fell out of my chair as I knew this was an alias that Jim Ellis had used in the past. I called and left a message and less than five minutes later Ellis called me back on a blocked line. He stated that he was in northern California and went into a BS spiel how he used to have 300 machines and put his two sons through college with the proceeds from his vending route. I listened in shock as this was the same line he used with me two years ago to convince me that I should buy vending machines. I asked him to see a contract as I wanted to see where he allegedly was operating from. The contract came from Nationwide Locating Company from FL and was sent by a man named Wally.
I have read that the FBI is after Mr. Ellis and I have forwarded this information to the FBI and the attorney general in Florida. If you have had any dealings with either Mr. Ellis or Nationwide Locating and were ripped off I would strongly advise doing the same. The only way we can send these criminals to jail is to make our collective voices heard.
