Paid for two pallets to be shipped through this company. Only recieved one. Told to keep waiting. Its now going on 2 months

I paid for the shipment of two pallets and delivery to my door with unloading service. I was told it would be arriving on a Monday but instead get a call from a truck driver on a Thursday who said he would be here in 30 minutes... Then tells me he cant deliver here and I will have to meet him somewhere. So, I meet him 10 miles away at a gas station and have to unload the shipment myself because he didnt have a lift (that I paid extra for). I only receive one pallet when two were sent. Of course I was supposed to get reimbursed but after waiting almost two months Im now told to wait another 6 weeks. NEVER AGAIN will I use this company.
