Reader: Aria - (who claims to be a medium) will blatantly ask the specifics of an illness of the one who passed, among other details, only proving what a sick person he is.

There are many more tactics, and antics (I am sure). This in my opinion is dangerous practice for any caller. Save money and yourself from pain. These people clearly have no integrity, nor shame. They will take advantage, and will not hesitate to misguide you, and potentially slander those you may be calling about, pawning it off as truth. They are charlatans. How can anyone seek guidance from those who have essentially sold their own souls?
