Daniel O'neil leads you on to thinking he will take your case, then backs out at the last minute, knowing that you don't have time to file another suit. Wasted my time & money on a whistleblower case for him to find (after 18 years of employment & a legit whistleblower complaint) that it wasn't worth going after my former employer, monetarily wise. I was willing to give him 50% of my settlement just for helping us, then he says screw you, your the little person. Not a good lawyer, only cares where the $ is (big corporations) Find another lawyer!!!
