RAC Employee has Equiptment issues

Hello

I have been working at Rent A Center / Rac for some time now. I keep complaining to management about the equipment that we are using. It seems like we are having a serious issues with certain items. The main one I am writing about is the dollys or hand trucks as I have heard them called now since working here for a couple years.

In travailing to other stores to get merchandise I have noticed that a lot of stores seem to have the same issue with the Dolly/Hand Trucks. Either the handles are gone or the the strap thing doesn't work. Kinda makes it hard being somewhat new to this type of work to get the job done without good equipment.

I was just reaching out to see if anyone else had experienced similar problems and what they did to solve it.

Any advice would be great and welcome
