Chemistry.com, div of match.com, match.com I received only bogus matches from people outside the country. Mostly in nigeria, afghanastan, nicagaragua... Ethopia... Also found where they unhid my profile and had been mailing it out for 2 years

They have been mailing out my profile to men... Which was hidden for two years... And they were waiting for my answer. While I was not on... The call center is located in Nicaragua... And is mostly unavaliable. And they are deceptive using language as their tool and hiding behind it... And hanging up... And the calls drop because of the satellite as well... They tried to repeatedly charge my card... And offered a free trial... But unless you accepted the charge up front would not provide... You have no access to remove the card... Should you decide to not buy. They also informed me that the charge would not be made... They SAID they deleted my profile... However continued to send it out even after the second cancellation. There is NO NO NO method or ability to remove your pictures... Ever... You must call in and ask them... And they do NOT remove them... But use them over and over to send to their matches... There is NO WAY to delete your information... At all... You can Hide your profile... But you will find it unhidden the next time you go... And even when it is "hidden" they are still sending it out.

I was only contacted by Ethopians. Who listed their address as local... Same with Nigerians, East Africa??? England, Nicaragua, afghanastan. And several other countries..."They were all listed as local... But I was not contacted by anyone that did not preface the initial contact with I am in "%" right now... 1. Buying gemstones... 2. Building a bridge... 3. Building a road... 4. On a secret mission building something for the military... 5.. Building roads for the military while we fight... Etc. Etc. Etc.

The supervisor at the center then used language to misdirect me... Pretend he didn't hear... Refer back to something else... While he was in full contact and comprehension with me. Refused to acknowledge that the info was bogus... And refused for hours to admit that I had requested the removal of my profile... And it is still up...

This company is owned by match.com with the parent company as the one listed in NY... The Dallas address... Is just a "figure head" bogus location. They are outside the US and therefore use laws different than ours to provide services... And are not bound by reasonable business practices... Nor legitimate transactions... The rip off is from A to Z. Do not waste your time... And if you choose to... They can not call you well... Being outside the US... And the call is very expensive... Or if you push for additional picture... They do not have them as the person is a tourist... Or someone else... Save you money your time... They do not provide anything. Other than a headache... At chemistry...
