Will not repair or replace fairly new purse

LeSportsac will not repair or replace faulty items such as zippers.
LeSportsac PR says that 'people, only use their purses for six months'
They say they will warranty manufacture fabrication defects for a year, which doesn't include their 'quality' zipper.
I find their 'fashion' zippers are plastic toothed and wear out in about a years time.
