Do not trust these people. Highly unprofessional

We are a Church organization that has utilized Falcon Shipping to send much needed relief to Haiti. We spent over $2500 to send a 40ft container to Cap Haitien, Haiti. We were told that it would arrive in three days from the time it shipped. It did not. Then it was oh, there was a vessel issue (which they did not bother to communicate to us until we called) and it will be there on 10/28/10. After calling them for several days, no one was professional enough to answer the phone or emails. Then once I called and left a million calls, Abdiel Falcon, the owner sends me a cowardly email full of excuses, saying 11/05 is the new due date. Naturally I was upset with this answer. The people of Haiti have been suffering enough. Our mission arrived to help these people but had to leave on 10/24 to get back to their personal afairs, so there we lost over 20 peoples worth of airfare to this nonsense. My mother has no money, she is diabetic, no water cause that's on this container too. Peoples lies are in jeopardy cause the medical supplies are not there. My mom lost her job back in the States because she can't leave because if someone is not there to receiv the conainer tems can be tole... People are desperate. Mr. Falcon does not care. He keeps making excuses and passing the ball. Many feel that one person can not make a difference, but it we stand against these cowards, we can bring them down. Without us they would not even exist. Do not trust falcon shipping in miami. They do not even answer the phones. They screen you and send you to voicemail.
